Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time, and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Drop Purchases
All product sales through drops are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products purchased through lottery or FCFS drops unless:
The item arrives damaged or defective
The wrong item was shipped
The item was lost in transit
If any of these apply, contact us at help@ripreserve.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Credits
Credits used to boost lottery entries are returned to your balance if you do not win. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
