RIP RESERVE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: February 20, 2026

By enrolling in Rip Reserve membership, purchasing any Rip Reserve service, or participating in Rip Reserve programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Tiers

Rip Reserve offers the following membership tiers:

Collector - $30 per month
Insider - $75 per month
Reserve - $150 per month

Membership benefits vary by tier and may be modified at Rip Reserve’s discretion to preserve program integrity and fairness.

2. Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Membership fees:

• Are billed monthly in advance

• Are non-refundable

• May be canceled at any time

If you cancel your membership:

• Access continues through the end of your current billing cycle

• No additional payments will be processed

• No prorated refunds will be issued

Unused credits, missed drops, unsuccessful purchase attempts, or unused benefits do not qualify for refunds.

3. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By enrolling in Rip Reserve, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for valid membership charges after accessing or using membership benefits.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:

• Membership will be immediately suspended

• All unused credits will be forfeited

• Access to Discord, marketplace, vault, and services will be revoked

• Rip Reserve reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds, collection costs, and legal fees

Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account termination.

4. Product Access, Allocation, Allocation Drops & Fair Participation

Membership provides structured opportunities for access to Pokémon products and collecting advantages.

Rip Reserve does not guarantee:

• Availability of specific products

• Successful purchases

• Allocation wins

• Retail checkout success
  
  

All purchase opportunities are subject to:

• Inventory availability

• Fair purchase limits

• Tier-based priority access

• Anti-hoarding protections

Rip Reserve reserves the right to modify drop mechanics, credit values, and allocation structure at any time.

Membership increases opportunity but does not create entitlement to inventory.

Rip Reserve allocation drops may utilize weighted entry systems, tier-based prioritization, credit-enhanced entries, randomized selection processes, and automated selection mechanisms.

Rip Reserve reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to invalidate entries, cancel orders, adjust entry weight, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate fair participation standards. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Multi-account activity

• Shared payment methods used to bypass limits

• Shared shipping addresses used to bypass limits

• Automated entry manipulation

• Coordinated exploitation

• Any attempt to circumvent purchase limits
  
  

Allocation wins and private purchase links are strictly non-transferable and may not be shared, assigned, resold, or distributed to any third party.

Certain purchase opportunities may include time-limited checkout windows. Failure to complete checkout within the designated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the allocation. Credits used for entry into the allocation are non-refundable.

Rip Reserve reserves the right to modify credit accrual rates, entry weighting formulas, expiration policies, allocation mechanics, and participation rules at any time to preserve fairness, sustainability, and program integrity.

Participation in allocation drops constitutes agreement to these rules.

5. Advantage Credit System

Members receive monthly Advantage Credits based on tier.

Credits may be used for:

• Allocation entries

• Increased odds on high-demand releases

• Giveaway entries

• Priority positioning
  
  

• Early-access unlocks
  
  

Credits:

• Have no cash value

• Are non-transferable

• Cannot be redeemed for currency

• May expire under program rules

• Are forfeited upon membership termination

Rip Reserve may adjust credit values to reflect inventory demand.

6. Retail Restock Assistance & Automation

Membership may include participation in automated retail checkout attempts.

Rip Reserve:

• Does not guarantee retail wins

• Is not responsible for retailer cancellations

• Is not affiliated with any retailer

• Does not guarantee successful purchases

Participation is an opportunity benefit, not a product guarantee.

7. Marketplace & Member Trading

Rip Reserve may provide access to a private member marketplace.

Rip Reserve:

• Is not a party to transactions between members

• Does not guarantee authenticity or condition

• Is not liable for disputes between members

All trading is conducted at your own risk.

8. Vault Storage

Where vault services are provided:

• Stored items remain property of the member
  
  

• Liability is limited to declared value

• Rip Reserve is not responsible for market value fluctuations

Additional vault terms may apply.

9. Grading Services

Rip Reserve may assist with PSA preparation or group submissions.

Rip Reserve:

• Does not guarantee grading outcomes

• Is not responsible for third-party grading decisions

• Is not liable for grading delays

Members assume risk associated with grading.

10. Giveaways & Breaks

Giveaways and breaks:

• Are subject to availability

• May vary by tier

• Do not guarantee winning

• May be modified or canceled

Break participation does not guarantee hits or value.

11. Member Conduct

Rip Reserve may suspend or terminate membership for:

• Credit abuse

• Fraud

• Harassment

• Chargebacks

• Exploitative behavior

• Violation of community rules

No refunds will be issued upon termination for cause.

12. Communication Consent

By enrolling, you expressly consent to receive:

• Calls

• SMS/MMS text messages

• Emails

• Automated or prerecorded voice messages

Communications may be sent using:

• Automatic telephone dialing systems

• Artificial or prerecorded voice technology

Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You may revoke SMS consent by replying STOP.

Message and data rates may apply.
You represent that you are the authorized user of the phone number provided.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rip Reserve shall not be liable for:

• Missed drops

• Retail cancellations

• Market fluctuations

• Grading outcomes

• Marketplace disputes

• Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed membership fees paid within the previous 30 days.

14. Modifications

Rip Reserve may update these Terms at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of North Carolina.
